Renew immediately on CA emergency
The switch is in the settings on the tab ACME providers, under DNS-01 propagation wait. It is off by default. On an ACME certificate, On CA emergency is Global setting, On, or Off. The WebUI uses the same words.

A window that only ends before the next cycle is not an emergency. It renews at its stored random time and deploys at the next cycle, whether the switch is on or off.
