Optional features

The following overview shows in which editions the features are available.

  • AI Assistant: Available from the Standard edition.
  • Alert channels: Email is available from the Standard edition, webhooks, Microsoft Teams and Slack from the Professional edition, and Syslog from the Enterprise edition.
  • Private CA and Enterprise CA: Available from the Professional edition.
  • External credential stores: HashiCorp Vault and Azure Key Vault are available from the Professional edition, CyberArk, Delinea and BeyondTrust from the Enterprise edition.
  • Deployment targets:
    • All editions: Certificate store only, IIS, File Path (WinRM) and UNC.
    • From the Standard edition: Further Windows targets such as Remote Desktop Services, Exchange, AD FS, SQL Server and NPS.
    • From the Professional edition: Linux targets such as Nginx and Apache, application delivery controllers, Omnissa UAG, Palo Alto PAN-OS and Strata Cloud Manager, Google Cloud and AWS.
    • From the Enterprise edition: Azure, Entra ID, custom deployments and your own reload commands.
  • WebUI and RBAC: Available from the Enterprise edition. Requires Entra ID or Active Directory for user sign-in.
  • Tenants: Available in the Ultimate edition.
  • Management API and PowerShell module: Available in all editions, see chapter PowerShell Module.
  • Limits: Certificates, deployments in total and deployments per certificate:
    • Community: 2 certificates, 2 deployments, 1 per certificate.
    • Standard: 25 certificates, 50 deployments, 2 per certificate.
    • Professional: 100 certificates, 100 deployments, 2 per certificate.
    • Enterprise: 100 certificates, 200 deployments, unlimited per certificate.
    • Ultimate: 200 certificates, 400 deployments, unlimited per certificate, 50 tenants.

The actual limits of your installation come from your license file and are shown after the activation, see chapter License. For Enterprise and Ultimate, add-on packages raise the limits: Extra Certificates & Deployments adds 50 certificates and 100 deployments, and, for Ultimate, Extra Tenants adds 10 tenants.
