These terms apply to the Microsoft Entra app iTrain TLSPilot Setup Helper (publisher: iTrain GmbH, publisher domain itrain.ch). They are not the TLSPilot software licence.

1. What this app is

The Setup Helper is a configuration tool. It runs on the customer's own TLSPilot management host. It lets an authorised person in the customer's Microsoft Entra tenant create or configure app registrations and grants that TLSPilot needs (for example directory sign-in / RBAC, Entra app certificate, Entra Application Proxy).

iTrain GmbH supplies the software. iTrain is not Microsoft and does not operate the customer's Entra tenant.

2. TLSPilot licence is separate

Use of TLSPilot itself is governed by the iTrain GmbH TLSPilot licence. That licence is accepted in the interactive installer. The full text is published at TLSPilot Licence Agreement (also as PDF).

3. Who may use it

Only a person the customer has authorised to sign in to that Entra tenant and to create or change app registrations there may run the helper. The customer is responsible for that authorisation.

4. Configuration is the customer's

Configuration of TLSPilot is the customer's. That includes Settings, the wizard, RBAC, Entra app registrations (including this helper), issuers, deployment targets and health profiles. iTrain is not liable for configuration or misconfiguration, to the extent Swiss law allows. Intent and gross negligence are not excluded. Mandatory liability remains.

5. No result warranty

The helper does not promise that a particular app registration, grant, sign-in or deployment will succeed. Microsoft Entra, Graph and the customer's tenant remain third-party or customer systems.

6. Law

Swiss law applies. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded. Venue: the courts at iTrain GmbH in Schmerikon, Switzerland, subject to mandatory venues.
