Renew a certificate early

To renew a certificate before its renewal window is reached, right-click it and choose Force renew… TLSPilot contacts the issuing CA even if the certificate is valid. Some ACME providers limit how often a certificate can be renewed, which the dialog points out. Confirm with Yes. TLSPilot renews the certificate and deploys it to its targets. The previous version is not revoked.
